  @morpheus - I'm not an attorney, but its a fair bet that you would have to be able to demonstrate that said misrepresentation resulted in verifiable injury (or death) to either yourself or a first degree relative.

  @Giordano - you are correct. The issue is not the religious belief. Religions can believe whatever they want to believe. They don't, however, have Carte Blanche to misrepresent scientists, risks, etc. They also have a responsibility to help adherents understand their policy.

  Hillary narrowly won the popular vote. I think she was a slightly better choice than Trump, but deeply flawed nonetheless. The economy is likely better under Trump, but the price is too high in my view. He has blown up the deficit, damaged the international standing of the U.S., and emboldened dictators, bullies, and racists. The health insurance situation is worse in the U.S., and is going to ignite an overreaction from the extreme left which is just as whacky and dangerous as the far right. I hope he is a one term President.

  thanks to the australian royal commission our youngest son has woke up.

  we received a e-mail from him tonight where he apologized to us for shunning us all these years, how bad he felt for doing this.
